ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents 1 and 2 for the wilful disobedience of the order of this court dated 30.04.2024 made in W.P.No.11689 of 2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant do the directions of this court issued by order dated 30.04.2024 in W.P.No.11689 of 2024, which is in contempt, the Tahsildar, Ambur, issued an order by his proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa2/911/2024 dated 05.07.2024 rejecting the petitioner's request for individual patta. The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced a photocopy of the Tahsildar's proceedings in Ambaur Taluk for the perusal of this court.
