This petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC, seeking a direction to the second respondent to alter the suitable sections in Crime No.268/2014 on the file of the second respondent police and investigate in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the petition and the fact that F.I.R has been registered but the final report has not been filed, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report before the Magistrate concerned, if he is aggrieved by the final report filed.
