PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the suggestions of the petitioner's representation dated 23.8.2016 and recommendations of the vision documents published by the Ministry of Law and Justice on Judicial reforms within a stipulated time.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, but would pursue the matter administratively alone with the Registry of the Court qua the representation dated 23.8.2016, which would have been referred to the relevant Committee dealing with the said subject. The Registrar General/ fifth respondent would circulate the vision documents also to the relevant Committee.
The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
