This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on this petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each as costs, to the chief justice relief fund, Tamil Nadu in Crl.O.P.No.3729 of 2025 order dated 13.02.2025 and reduce the same. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that while this Court allowing the quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.3729 of 2025 by an order dated 13.02.2025, imposed condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each as costs, to the chief justice relief fund, Tamil Nadu. Hence, he prayed to modify the said condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition shall stand modified that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) jointly as costs, to the chief justice relief fund, Tamil Nadu. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
