This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1430 of 2025, dated 24.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the NDPS Court concerned on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation completed and final report has been filed. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1430 of 2025, dated 24.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned on first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders; and to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. 4.
