ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 in Cr.No.247 of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 74 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Public prosecutor (pondy) would submit that the petitioner was in possession of 74 kgs of Ganja. He would further submit that this is the second anticipatory bail application and this Court had dismissed the earlier application filed by the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and circumstances of the case and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
