ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner is very limited, the learned counsel appearing for the interested party, who is neither the fifth respondent nor the sixth respondent but actually the person who is installing the mobile phone tower, submitted that permission has already been obtained from the District Collector.

2.In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands closed. This order is passed in view of the fact that the petitioner is not able to dispute the aforesaid factum. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
