This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.13 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2023 and a final report was also filed on 11.05.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram.
