The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in C.1 Sriperumbudur Police Station Crime No.904 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.904 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.3 of 2015.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
