This petition has been filed to modify the conditions in Para No.12(b) in Crl.O.P.No.7157/2025 its by order dated 21.03.2025. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in Para No.12(b), that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7157/2025 its by order dated 21.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders. 4.
