With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2023.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that some third party has obtained patta by fabrication of document and subsequently, the said patta has been cancelled by the Revenue Divisional officer. But the entries found in the encumbrance have not been deleted. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and taking note of the Revenue Divisional officer Order dated 05.07.2023 and 2/4

the petitioner shall produce the copy of Order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer before the second respondent. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
