This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1397 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1397 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
