When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.296 of 2022 for the offences under sections 147, 148, 294 [b], 323, 324 and 506[ii] of IPC.
