2. Originally the writ petition was filed by the petitioner, mentioning the first and second respondents name as The Revenue Divisional Officer, Collectorate Building, Sathuvacharry, Vellore District and The Thasildar, Office of the Thasildar, Ranipet, Vellore District. This Court has also passed an order dated 12.03.2019. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the first and second respondents name were wrongly mentioned. Hence amendment petition was filed and the same was ordered as prayed for on 02.04.2019. Now, again another amendment petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking amendment of the second respondent's address as The Thasildar, Office of the Thasildar, Walajahpet, Vellore District instead of the Thasildar, Office of the Thasildar, Nemili, Vellore District.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.In all other respects, the earlier order dated 12.03.2019 shall remain unaltered.

5.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy upon payment of necessary charges by amending the address of the second respondent as stated in this petition.
