CR.NO.409 OF 2012 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court on 01.06.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.228 of 2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.CHANDRAKANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.MATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- By Order dated 01.06.2015 in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.Appeal No.228 of 2015, this Court suspended the sentence and enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions, one of which, is that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition has been filed for relaxing the above said condition.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed. 3.

In such view of the matter, the condition imposed by this Court on 01.06.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial court, viz., Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Vellore at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the appeal.

4. If the petitioner is not able to appear on any particular date, he may file a petition under Sec.317 of Criminal Procedure Code through his counsel for condoning his absence and shall appear before the trial Court on another date, in lieu of the date of his absence.
