Respondent in Crl.OP.Nos.4089 & 4090/21 Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.Nos.4077, 4078, 4079, 4080, 4081, 4085, 4087, 4088, 4089 & 4090 of 2021 dated 23.03.2021 in condition in para 29(e) The petitioner, on his release from prison, shall stay at Chennai until further orders.(IN CRL.MP.Nos.

6348, 6353, 6352, 6351, 6350, 6349, 6344, 6345, 6346 & 6347 of 2021) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S REJAGOPAL for M/S.M.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner (IN ALL THE PETITIONS) and of Mr.C.E.Pratap, Government Advocate(Crl. Side)(IN ALL THE PETITIONS) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed these petitions seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.4077, 4078, 4079, 4080, 4081, 4085, 4087, 4088, 4089 and 4090 of 2021. 2.The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a retired Judge of this Court and he was implicated in the above offences.

While granting bail, this Court directed the petitioner to stay in Chennai and the petitioner is complying with the said condition till date. The learned Senior counsel further submitted that the petitioner has to travel to Kolkata to settle the matter with the landlord of the premises occupied by him at Kolkata. Hence, he prays to relax the condition 29(e) in the order dated 23.03.2021.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. In the light of the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed on him till date, this court is inclined to accede to the prayer sought for.

5. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered and the condition 29(e) imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.03.2021 alone is relaxed permitting the petitioner to travel and the petitioner is directed to comply with all the other conditions as usual. -sd/- 22/06/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
