2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, since sufficient cause has been shown by the plaintiff for not filing the documents earlier. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for subject to the condition that the documents are allowed to be received only subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
