(through video conference) Heard Mr. R. Gokulraj, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.Sathyaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents through video conference and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the First Respondent to pass orders on the industrial dispute dated 02.08.2017 raised by the Petitioner, pursuant to the failure report Ref. No. Na.Ka.No.A/583/2017 dated 31.07.2018, under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 3.

Learned Counsel for both sides inform that the First Respondent by G.O. Ms. (D) No. 489 Labour and Employment (A2) Department, dated 20.08.2019 has referred the industrial dispute for adjudication before the Labour Court and a copy of the same has been produced, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
