Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to initiate action for filing a complaint against the respondents 3 to 7 for violation, contravention and non-implementation of the 12(3) Settlement dated 30.05.2016 and thereby committing the offence under Section 29 and 25U of the I.D. Act against the respondents 3 to 7 as per Section 34 of the I.D. Act read with Section 32, either on their own or through any authorized person or authority or by authorizing the petitioner union within a specified time as may be fixed by this Court.

This petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to initiate action for filing a complaint against the respondents 3 to 7 for violation, contravention and non-implementation of the 12(3) Settlement dated 30.05.2016 and thereby committing the offence under Section 29 and 25U of the I.D. Act against the respondents 3 to 7 as per Section 34 of the I.D. Act read with Section 32, either on their own or through any authorized person or authority or by authorizing the petitioner union.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the parties have settled their dispute outside Court and therefore this petition may be dismissed as
nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. She further has filed a memo and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made by her, this petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
