This petition has been filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.300 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022. 2.This Court vide order dated 29.09.2020 made in W.P.No.11968 of 2018 directed the first respondent herein to pass orders on the proposal of the Nesamony Memorial Christian College sent to the second respondent herein, which was forwarded to the first respondent herein, pursuant to which, the first respondent has passed orders on 25.03.2022. Since there was no willful disobedience, the contempt petition was closed on 25.03.2022.

3.This Court finds no necessity to reopen the contempt and hence, this sub application is closed.
