Prayer in Tr.CMP.No.107/2014:- Petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.549 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Avinasi and transfer the same to Sub Court, Perundurai to have joint trial with O.S.No.61 of 2011 pending therein.

For Petitioner : Mr.V.S.Kesavan COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
