ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order dated 16.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.6910 of 2021 on the file of this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 6910 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required until further orders.
