This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2022 and consequently to remove the petitioner's name K.Iyappan from the history sheet in HS/E4/15/2014 maintained by the Inspector of Police, E-4 Abhiramipuram Police Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has already given a representation dated 21.04.2022 before the second respondent and the same is pending on the file of the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. Hence, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2022 and pass orders on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
