ORDER

This writ petition has been filed against the online rejection order passed by the respondent dated 29.02.2024 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to issue Class 2 legal heirship certificate on the demise of the petitioner's deceased brother S.Thiyagarajan.

2. Heard Mr. R.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.R.Murthy, learned Government Advocate.

3. The impugned online order has been issued by the respondent only on the ground that the deceased was married and therefore the claim made by the petitioner as if he is not married is not correct. Therefore, it is clear that the application that was submitted by the petitioner did not carry the correct details, which resulted in the rejection.

4. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order of the respondent dated 27.02.2024. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
