unanswered, instant writ petition is filed for a mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 06.04.2019.

2. We have heard Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned standing counsel for Election Commission of India.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for, we direct the Chief Electoral Officer, Public Election Department, Chennai, the 3rd respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
