C.M.P.No.11698 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 1035 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent.

2. C.M.P.No.11701 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent.

3. C.M.P.No.11703 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the respondent 7 as a legal heir of the 1st respondent as the 7th respondent in C.M.P.No.4335 of 2019.

4. C.M.P.No.11718 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 1627 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent.

5. C.M.P.No.11724 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent.

6. C.M.P.No.11725 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the respondent 8 as a legal heir of the 3rd respondent as the 8th respondent in C.M.P.No.4335 of 2019.

7. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to the above petitions being ordered. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered as prayed for.

8. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the matter on 09.11.2022.
