ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to remove his name from the rowdy list maintained by the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that even on 08.12.2014 itself, the petitioner's name has been removed from the rowdy list maintained by the second respondent and hence this petition has become infructuous. He has produced a copy of the report which has been submitted by the second respondent. A perusal of the said report shows that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the rowdy list as per the proceedings of the second respondent dated 08.12.2014. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In the result, this petition as dismissed as infructuous.
