This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed for availing the bail granted on 03.04.2023.

2. This Court, considering the facts of the case, has granted bail to the petitioner. However, since he hails from Rajesthan, this Court imposed a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties, out of which, one must be blood related surety. The petitioner has come to modify the said order expressing that the sureties who have come forward to execute a bond do not have any immovable property. Therefore, the conditions may be suitably modified to enable the petitioner herein to avail the benefit of the bail order granted to him.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that local surety is available for the petitioner, who is ready to furnish bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- and the mother of the petitioner is ready to stand surety for his appearance during the trial.

4. Taking note of the submission, this Court modifies the condition No.6(a) as below :

"The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, out of which one must be a blood relative, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial

Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, shall accept the bond without insisting upon property particulars for anyone of the sureties.
