The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records and quash the FIR in C.No.4 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID Metro Wing Chennai.

When the Matter was listed for hearing on 16.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 22.04.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Again when the matter was taken for hearing on 21.06.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 23.06.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
