The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019
2. The case of the petitioner is that one Mrs.P.Kasthuri Ammal has executed an unregistered sale deed in favour of the petitioner measuring to an extent of 530 sq.ft. in Survey No.295/1 under the South Chennai Registration District and Guduvancherry Sub Registration District. When the petitioner approached the aforesaid Mrs.P.Kasthuri Ammal to register the unregistered document, she has not come forward to do the same. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent a representation on 07.03.2019 to the respondents in Page No.2 of 6
respect of the registration of the said unregistered sale deed. However, no reply was given on the petitioner's representation. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019 by conducting a detailed enquiry after giving due notice, affording Page No.3 of 6
an opportunity of personal hearing, to consider the relevant documents submitted by both the parties at the time of the enquiry in regard to the subject matter property and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law and by following/observing the above principles of natural justice, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions. No costs.
