O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondent 1 and 2 either jointly (or) severally to alter the FIR No.305 of 2018 dated 30.08.2018 on the file of 1st respondent police in accordance with law for alleged offence under Section 302 and 306 IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore in RCS.No.27 of 2019 on 25.04.2019.

3. In view of the above development, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and liberty is given to the petitioner file a protest petition before the Court below and workout her remedy in accordance with law.

4. This Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly.
