2.It is found that, despite several adjournments, proper steps had not been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant to bring the L.Rs of the deceased first respondent on record and proceed with the Appeal. 3.In such view of the matter, it is not justifiable to continue the Appeal further. In view of the above position, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
