(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 24.01.2024 and 05.03.2024. 2.In the representation of the petitioner, the petitioner has stated that the 4th respondent, without providing sufficient space in all the four sides of his plot, is putting up construction, despite objection raised by the petitioner. The petitioner submitted representation to the official respondents to take immediate action to stop the unauthorised construction being put up by the 4th respondent.

3.Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, states that Stop Work Notice has already been issued to the 4th respondent and the respondents 1 to 3 will take appropriate action as against the unauthorised construction in the manner known to law, after following the procedure and giving sufficient opportunity to the 4th respondent.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate further action in accordance with law. No costs.
