ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B),25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.125 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were in possession of banned tobacco products more than 1 kg. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioners would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners were in possession of banned tobacco products more than one kg. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the quantity involved in this case is very high, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
