ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.11 of 2021, registered on the file of the first respondent.
2.One Ganesan, who is the de-facto complainant is shown as the second respondent, appeared before this Court through Videoconferencing and he is duly identified by the petitioners counsel G.R.Deepak. The de-facto complainant informed this Court that he has entered into compromise with the petitioners herein. A joint memo of compromise has also been filed before this Court. When the parties have resolved between themselves, continuation of the prosecution does not any warrant.
