This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18/3/2022 and file First Information Report.
2. Heard Mr.S.Manju, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokuklakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, a case in Crime No.12 of 2022 has been registered, for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 323, 294 (b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act.
4. Submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
5. Considering the fact that case in Crime No.12 of 2022 has been registered, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
