ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The respondent / husband filed H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2013 on the file of Sub Court, Tharapuram, seeking divorce. The petitioner / wife is working as Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, Arulmigu Palani Andavar Arts College for Women (Autonomos) Chinnakalayamputhur Post, Palani Taluk. Hence, she has filed this petition to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2013 to the file of Sub Court, Palani.

2. Taking into account the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2013 on the file of Sub Court, Tharapuram to Sub Court, Palani.

3. Accordingly, the transfer CMP is allowed and the learned Subordinate Judge, Tharapuram is directed to transfer the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition in H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2013 pending on his file to the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Palani, for disposal. While passing the order, Section 19 (iii) (a) of the Hindu Marriage Act is kept in mind. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
