ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.443 of 2021 is pending against the petitioner.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from today and report before this Court on 21.05.2021. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

4. Post the matter on 21.05.2021 for reporting compliance.
