A.No.1061 of 2012 in CS No.97 of 2005 N.Sathish Kumar, J., This application has been filed by the plaintiff to implead the subsequent purchaser. The paper publication was effected and affidavit of service was also filed. Yet there is no representation of the subsequent purchaser.

2. Admittedly, the suit is for specific performance. The presence of the subsequent purchaser is also necessary for proper adjudication of the suit. The counsel for other defendants also not present and counter also not filed. Since the application is only to implead the subsequent purchaser and for the proper adjudication, subsequent purchaser is also a necessary party, this petition is allowed. Hence, the plaintiff is directed to take steps to amend the plaint and to send notice to the newly added defendants by 20.12.2016. 01.12.2016 pvs
