O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 06.10.2025, made in W.P. No. 37206 of 2025 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. This Court vide order dated 06.10.2025, issued a direction to the 1st respondent / District Collector to consider the application made by the 2nd and 3rd respondents, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the fourth respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the application made by the respondents 2 & 3 was considered and the same came to be rejected on 16.03.2026.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that there is no wilful disobedience committed by the respondent. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 05-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order sts To:
