ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 28.10.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18545 of 2023, thereby directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the order passed in W.P.Nos.21349 of 2023 etc., batch dated 03.08.2023, as the benefits have been extended to similarly placed persons, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the petitioner's case and passed order in G.O.(2D)No.68 Environment Climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department dated 10.06.2026. He also produced a copy of the order dated 10.06.2026 before this Court. 3.
Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
