The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 24.08.2020 vide charge memo bearing Na.Ka.No.4778/2020/A2 issued by second respondent and all further proceedings arising thereof and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that though the instant writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order, during the pendancy of the writ petition, final order has been passed. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission, the present writ petition is closed.

No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
