O R D E R

The petitioner was an accused in STC.No.195 of 2016. On the date of judgment on 19.07.2018, he did not appear. Therefore, the trial Court recorded his absence. But, however, pronounced the judgment convicting and sentencing the petitioner. The trial Court has issued Non Bailable Warrant to secure the petitioner, for undergoing the sentence. While, so the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3.In the opinion of this Court, when once judgment has been delivered, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law and the petition to recall the warrant is not maintainable.
