Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 29.06.2015 and for which the 1st respondent issued the receipt no.288 of 2015 and 01.08.2015 against the respondents 2 to 6.

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.288 of 2015, before the 1st respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
