ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 307 r/w 34 of IPC, pursuant to the NBW issued on 25.10.2016 in P.R.C.No.12 of 2010, seeks bail for the second time by way of this petition.

2. Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner stating that in spite of NBW issued against the petitioner, the petitioner was absconding for more than 5 years, and due to his absence, there was no progress in completing the proceedings in P.R.C.No.12 of 2010, hence this Court had dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner. Now the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no change of circumstance in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
