This petition has been filed for acceptance of cause title.

2.The third plaintiff in the suit is deceased. According to the petitioner, due to inadvertence, the legal representatives of the deceased third plaintiff were not brought on record earlier in the suit. The petitioner claims that now an application has been filed before the Trial Court to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased third plaintiff. Since the legal heirs of the deceased third plaintiff were not parties to the suit, this application has been filed.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking to accept the cause title.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition if it is otherwise in order.
