The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 136 days in filing Revision against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court-III, Coimbatore dated 10.08.2023 against Crl.MP.No.33686 of 2023 in Cr.No.48 of 1996.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
