O R D E R

The instant writ petition is for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein from interfering in any manner with the petitioner from extracting, transporting and supplying drinking water to employees of the factories, Government Offices, Hospitals and Public from the land in patta No. 119, of the respective land owners comprised in Survey No.577, situate in Ambattur Village, Saidapet Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. The case was posted on 01.08.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the case was adjourned to 03.08.2018. On the next date, also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned by four weeks (i.e. 07.09.2018). Today, again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the Pleader. The petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
