2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
