Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner son namely Abishek having admission No.8084 and Roll No.3 to sit in the 9th Standard Class for the academic year 2017-2018 in the 2nd respondent School by following provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009). The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent School had accommodated the petitioner's son on its own and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
